This project Teatinos concerns the development of a new, inspirational & sustainable university district where student accommodation will be created to fulfill the ever-growing demand. “Teatinos” is one of the two campuses of Malaga University and accounts for around 90% of Malaga’s total student population and is in full expansion of its infrastructure. This project is located just in the middle of this new Teatinos University district on the west side of Malaga, in walking distance of different faculties (Faculty of Health Sciences, Psychology, Social and Labor studies, …) . Besides ecological high standard developments, the area also stands out for its great accessibility with the city center via public transportation (metro station, bus stops, bicycle,…).
We foresee a sustainable project of the highest quality which consists of different buildings with a mix of student rooms, short-term residences for foreign professors and/or expats as well as other residential options. Besides residential flats and student rooms in different typologies (standard, twin, studio, executive), the project will accommodate different communal areas such as open space with green & sports zones, 24h gym, study rooms, laundry areas, cinema, underground parking spaces, …
